Energy management cloud migrations and CD

March 2024 - April 2024

Migration of 5 Spring Boot mircroservices and a react frontend to Azure, and Continuous Delivery setup.
Responsibilities: Docker- and Docker-Compose-setup; GitHub actions for build and deployment of the applications into Azure container apps enviornment; Nginx configuration; Supporting the Azure setup (testing, fixes, enviornment-variable setup, ingres settings)

Decarbonisation tool Frontend & API

March 2024 - April 2024

Development of a React application, design and partial implementation of a Python Flask API, coordination of external developments for Azure AD authentification and token-based autorisation.
Functionalities: Users can user the Power BI Embedded reports that they have access to; Users can trigger recalculations of their reports and change the underlying configurations (measures, facility data,...); Administrators can manage users and their permissions.

Energy Management Monitor

Planing, design, implementation and deployment of an application which evaluates availability and consumption data of a large amount of power and heat supply systems. The aggregated data is visualized by a Power BI report in order to support maintenance and optimization of the supply systems.

Measurement Data Export

Design, implementation, deployment and monitoring of a service to export measurement data and meter readings to clients. The application fetches data from an API, aggregates it in CSV files, and sends it to clients using FTP and email on an hourly and monthly basis.
